Introduction and Acceptance of the Agreement
Any use of the Anodyne platform (the Anodyneservice.ir website and the services connected to it), in any form, including browsing pages, registering, signing in to an account, booking an appointment, making a payment, or uploading images for analysis by artificial intelligence algorithms, constitutes careful reading, full understanding and definitive, unconditional and irrevocable acceptance of all provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree with any of the clauses of these rules, you are not entitled to use the system.
Section One: Definitions and Terms
Company / Platform Owner: means "Rayan Azarakhsh Rahyab Company", which owns all material and intellectual rights and is recognized as the sole legal operator of the Anodyne platform.
Anodyne Platform / System: includes the website at Anodyneservice.ir, the server infrastructure, applications and processing algorithms connected to the Anodyne brand.
End User / Patient: any natural person who has registered on the platform to book a visit or to view analyses of the condition of their teeth.
Service Provider / Dentist: a natural or legal person holding a valid medical license who has joined the system to use the artificial intelligence tool and manage patient appointments.
Anodyne Artificial Intelligence: the image-processing engine developed by Rayan Azarakhsh Rahyab Company that analyzes images such as intraoral camera photos and marks areas suspected of caries.
Section Two: Medical Disclaimer
Anodyne artificial intelligence is a decision support tool and its outputs are for general and assistive information only. Under no circumstances does this system replace physical examination, clinical judgment, final diagnosis or the expertise of a dentist. The Anodyne platform gives no guarantee of the absolute correctness and accuracy of its findings (such as the absence of false positives or false negatives).
Final responsibility for any clinical decision, definitive diagnosis of disease, treatment planning and dental intervention lies exclusively with the treating dentist. In the event of any bodily or financial harm, worsening of disease or patient dissatisfaction, no civil, criminal or disciplinary liability shall attach to Rayan Azarakhsh Rahyab Company, and the dentist is personally answerable to the competent authorities. This platform is not designed to manage dental emergencies.
Section Three: Intellectual Property Rights and Copyright
All material and intellectual rights related to this platform, including source code, artificial intelligence algorithms, graphical interface, texts, logo, trade name and database, belong exclusively to "Rayan Azarakhsh Rahyab Company". These rights are protected under the Law on the Protection of the Rights of Software Creators and other relevant laws.
Any reverse engineering, unauthorized copying, automated data extraction, creation of derivative works or commercial use of the system's outputs to train competing models is strictly prohibited and will be met with severe legal action.
Section Four: Privacy and Data Protection
The Anodyne platform is committed to protecting users' privacy in accordance with the electronic commerce laws of Iran. Collected information is kept on secure servers. Users and dentists agree that uploaded images may be used to improve and train the company's artificial intelligence models only after complete removal of identifying information and full anonymization.
Section Five: Appointment System Terms
Identity match: the information entered when booking an appointment must exactly match the patient's identity documents.
Approximate time: the time announced for an appointment is the approximate time of attendance at the clinic and, given the nature of medical treatment, delays are possible. The platform is not responsible for the doctor's delay.
Cancellation: if the user cancels an appointment more than 24 hours before the scheduled time, the amount paid is refunded minus the bank fee. If cancelled less than 24 hours before, or in case of not attending the clinic, no refund will be made.
Section Six: Obligations of Service Providers (Dentists)
Validity of licenses: the dentist guarantees that they hold a valid and active medical license and, if it is revoked or suspended, must stop operating in the system.
Informed consent: before using the system, the doctor must explain the nature of the artificial intelligence tool to the patient and obtain their consent.
Independence of treatment: the platform does not interfere in pricing, the type of treatment or the clinical practice of the doctor, and full responsibility for these lies with the doctor.
Section Seven: Prohibited Conduct
Users are prohibited from actions such as uploading fake, irrelevant or obscene images, attempting to breach the servers, and using artificial intelligence outputs as definitive legal evidence without live confirmation by a dentist.
Section Eight: Force Majeure and Technical Limitations
Rayan Azarakhsh Rahyab Company bears no responsibility for temporary service interruptions caused by nationwide internet disruptions, unforeseen events or natural disasters. The quality of input images is the user's responsibility, and the system is not answerable for incorrect analyses caused by the low quality of intraoral camera images.
Section Nine: Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Any dispute arising from this agreement will first be pursued through amicable negotiation with the support team of Rayan Azarakhsh Rahyab Company. If no result is reached, the matter will be settled by the competent courts of the city of Tehran.
